Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased Onida Convection MO20CJS26S Microwave oven (Item No. 191981970417) on 06-10-2016 from EBAY (online purchase and also make payment through credit card). But till now i didn't received the above item and when I email/phone to customer care about above matter they always tell me to wait for 48 to 72 hours, this happened 11-12 times, so please request you to please send me my item/refund the money with Compensation.
