Money sent to bank not received in bank after 13 days

I have sent ₹10000 back to my PNB Bank Account on 13Dec (wallet order id 4485291133). Even after 13 days the same amount has not been credited to my bank account. may i know when it will be credited to my account. (Bank Transaction id ONE97.3937.13122016043941).
If the transaction has been cancelled then tell me the details of refund of 10000. Date and reference number.
And also the mode of remittance NEFT/RTGS/IMPS
