Money not reflecting in wallet and Paytm is not replying properly

I have recharged my paytm wallet which is linked to UBER, the paytm wallet which is linked to UBER app is showing money but when I login to paytm directly it does not reflect my money. I have wrote mails to UBER but they have said that this is issue with Paytm. When I wrote to paytm they didn't replied first but when they have replied, they are just ask me ticket number give me assurance but they did not have solved my issue.
