Hi, I had ordered a watch from Snapdeal and they delivered me a damaged product. I requested to return it on the same day of delivery. They did nothing. I kept calling them everyday and they just said that my problem will be solved in 24 hours, but nothing happened.

It has been 15 days now, and they have closed the return request without consulting me and without doing a single thing. They just kept lying to me. And now since it has already been 15 days, I can't file a return request again.

What do I do? Please help. I want my money back.
