We spoke to Smriti and Sanjeev of home shop 18 for our complaints but they said you go anywhere consumer court and police we will not do the refund for Master cook tandoor and do anything .

    Dear Sir, I have purchased mobile from HS18 against order no-997068813. But as per showing in web site HS18 not supplied the charger and data cable and the hand set also not working properly.

    As complaint to customer care of HS18, they strongly regret to send the both items or re-placement.
