As I purchased phone through online services and received damaged phone.
In-front of that I already raised complaint on 14th Oct….
they send mail me on 31st nov that i send my damge phone at their ware house at my own cost. yet i send this phone on 9th nov they received at 10th nov. but yet i did not get my phone or not even any call or mail.
As I requested them to refund my phone’s price but they clearly refused this term.
