Complaint about ebay.in, Delay in taking action and not solving my issue

I, Archi Sharma bought a phone from ebay india with PaisaPay ID 43502872181.their site mentioned it has internet facility on phone with google and watsapp. But when i operated, all operators said this model is not registered for intenet services. I contacted seller and i was told to contact ebay. I immediately contacted ebay via facebook on 8 th September.received product on 7th September. Since then i have been sending them messages daily but my issue isnt solved yet. I am so worried. I don't have so much of time. I want my product to be returned. It has many issues, voice call problems, internet problems, charging issue. Please help me.
