Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a dress from Snapdeal but they delivered a different item. Now company is not responding for return or refund my money back. They are saying the item which you ordered and the item which they delivered is same. I called and email many times but no any response was received from their side. Now they have deleted my all emails and track records from their site. Please help me.
I am attaching the images of item which I ordered (blue colour dress) and item which I received (pink colour). Kindly go through this matter and help me.
