Complain against Search line Database Pvt. Ltd for invalid deductions

I am registered with Search line Database Pvt. Ltd. since June 2016 for typing project of Normal Plan of 300 pages. Few days before I got the qc report showing 205 correct pages of my submission. As per the Normal Plan my payment was calculated as 205* Rs.75 =Rs. 15375/- But I got the cheque of Rs. 12500 only. After continuous follow ups with the customer care they said tds is deducted. But I don't believe that such big amount tds is applicable. My agreement copy is also attached for reference.
