Received numerous calls from company rep Manish. agreed me to take stock call service for 01 month for INR 4000/-. I asked him that I can pay 3500/- now and balance 500/- in next three days online to company. He said "aacha jama karo, lekin agar baki nahi kiya toh service 1 week ki ho jayegi". As per him I will get service activation e-mail, but when next day I didnt received, I made numerous call to him but no response. third day he said aap ka service active hai but no sms on my registered number. When contacted at their office number and him, I was assured that number is updated. But no sms on my reg. no. Next day received call saying aap ka 3500/- me koie service nahi hota, I told balance 500 will be deposited today, but the lady on other side deposit balance 2167/- to continue, then I asked for refund she literally barked on me. Today I made some two calls to company on given no. at their web site but none were bothered to listen to me, infact they simply cut the call. When asked to get me connected to manish, their reply was wwe can not. I am cheated by these guys. Fooling people simply and making money because they know once some ones money is trapped by them he/she can not recover from them. They have no mentioned channel to escalate the grievance.
