Sir, I am Priti Singh from kanpur nagar . I went for shopping at Vishal Mega Mart Kalyanpur and there the staff physically assaulted me. Because I made a small mistake and said sorry for that, still those people abused in a very wrong way. When I said that your mart will have any policy, show it to me, then it was not shown and my friend was also tortured a lot, although she did not do any mistake.I even wrote a letter for my mistake, but he still talked very rudely and kept torturing me.
Sir, Your request is to teach a lesson to such people so that they don't commit the mistake again. I am a customer of your mart but now I do not go to such mart at all where there is no respect for the customer.thank you so much Vishal mega Mart .
