Wollpul refrigerator ka PCB kharab hone par company wale pcb laga ka Rs Jayda liya

दो साल पहले मैं एक wollpul refrigerator liya, उसका एक electric समान किसका नाम PCB है,खराब हो गया 29/12/2021 को मैं ने कंपनी में complen दिया ,21 दिन बाद समान मेरे घर पर आकर फेफ्रिजरेटर में लगाया और ठिक किया ! लेकिन उस समान का print rate, समान का कोड मुझे नहीं बताया एरिया डीलर से भी बात किया बो भी नही बताए ? और मेरे से 3600 Rs. का मांग किया मैं ने उसे 2600RS.दिया और 1000 बाद में दूंगा बोला । उस समान का उतना rate नही है,मुझे बाद में पता चला।
जिसके कारण में मानसिक तनाव से गुजार रहा हूं
