Faulty Design of Toilet Sheet

Sir,, I hv purchased Toilet Sheet(Single piece) from M/s P.S.Jain, (Brand name Mozio) Rly Road Gurgaon for Rs.7254/- and paid Rs.500/- for installation.
When starting using it is found that due to faulty design it does not cleaned after flushing and potty remains stick on sheet and every time after use you need to clean it by brush and again flush. Sir I hv complained to agency and its service centre. They deputed one mechanic who only after flushing plain water submitted his report as OK. I send them video of sheet after use showing the problem but they are not listening. I have requested them to replace the sheet but they said we have sold many such sheet and only this problem is coming from you. Sir, I have another sheet at my home which is working perfectly from the last 6-7 years and there is no complain.
Kindly look into the matter and help in getting this sheet replaced. I shall be highly thankful to you.
