Not getting my money back complaint against Phonepe.com

Complain is to they have stop e-kyc service as I have to withdraw my money in my bank account. They have set the rules to first complete of kyc but, the have stop this service for temporary purpose so that I can use the money from the wallet to pay.
So as a result I am not able to withdraw my money back to my bank account I have done ones driving licence kyc so they are like again you have to do by aadhar card so I was ready to do but they have stop this service for temporary purpose..it's around 4days the are giving same issue, then how do I transfer my money to bank account.
