Money withdrawn, I have been using the MobiKwik wallet application

Respected sir,
I have been using the MobiKwik wallet application for almost a year now. There wasa balance of Rs 4247/- in my wallet account. An amount of rs 3200 was been deducted from my account which was uncalled and without my knowledge. Now when I raised a complaint against the same on their help desk online services, the company disabled my account and all the money is gone now. It would be highly appreciated and I’ll be very thankful if this is been resolved. Thank you.
