Exclusife Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. team leader Mr. Arshad Anwar came at our office and promised to make a customer information software within 1-2 months. We made a a/c payee cheque payment for doing our work for Rs. 3450/- dated 3rd Jan 2017 against chq. no 121863. Mr. Arshad asked for a PDC for the month of Feb 2017 so that our software will be prepared by the date and will get renewal for next month. We gave him a PDC for Feb 2017 chq no 121862. Till date no one came to our office for making the software but on March 7th 2017 they deposited the second cheque no 121862 but was stop paid. I already informed my Bank to stop payment the cheque as they are cheating us. The bank stopped our cheque as my advice on 21 Feb 2017. But again on 9th March they made the A/c payee cheque into ECS or something which the bank also does not know and passed the cheque from my account. I did not apply for ECS payment to Exclusife Technosoft. Pvt. Ltd. They are cheating us and now trying to make a PDC cheque to ECS or something else.We made payment of rs 6900.00 for two months but no work has been done by the company.

    Hi,
    Exclusive company sales manager came to our saloom to represent thier software and showed how it will help and promised to give engg which help on campaign for saloon and customer data. We have take the software for 1 year and now It has been 4 momths not a single engineer cam to help for campaign and nit customers visist from thier side, it ia fully waste of money. On the other hand whe we saked then to return money zhey denied and stop picking vall n give service..
