Road connectivity and villagers cattle wandering outside our houses

Newly develop sec.30Pinjore huda ,we donot have connecting road with our sec.
We all residents are confusing
when we goes outside sec. for some essencial work,very difficulty in rainy season
Second problem is villagers cattle ,all the day they wandering outside houses
They distroys our plaints and their dung spoils outside area
so,please help us all residents
