Hello everyone. Mera nam Ajay h. maine Crosoft Technology se online form fillinga ka work liya tha. maine kam kiya pr jb muje thoda smajh me nhi aaya or maine inko call kiya or mail ki k muje koi bat smajh me nhi aa rhi to ye koi jvab nhi dete. Ulta time khtm hone k bad panelty charge mangte h or drate h k apke upar case kr diya h apko surat civil court me aana pdega nhi to hme payment kro. Pehle ye kisi or nam se company chalate the ab crosoft technology k nam se chalate h.

M ye kehna chahta hu k ye compnay join mt krna or agar apko drate h to drne ki jrurt nhi h ulta phone krke salo ko gali de do. kuch nhi bigad skte ye. Koi ghbrane ki jrurt nhi h, or koi paisa nhi dena h inko. Sb fraud h. Agar sbk sikhana chahte ho in logo ko to inke dwara bheji gyi mail, sms ko police station me jake saboot k tour pr FIR drj krwa do. Jo admi preshan krta h uska no. h 9767990287. Ye admi apne apko advocate kehta h or blki ye ek fraud h. To drne ki jrurt nhi h, Be brave. Aise fraud logo se drne ki jrurt nhi h. Iska nam Mihir Patel h. Totaly fraud h.

    second thing i want to let you know that company is 100% genuine as we provide you agreement which gives you all the term and condition bound . Also call verification had been done between you and company from company side to again aware you terms and condition
    1) We at the team are just informing you that as per the term and conditions of the contract you need to pay the outstanding amount. Paying or Not Paying is your decision.
    2) We can send the legal notice to you for recovering our dues also which we are doing.
    3) NEXT step is to appoint an arbitration as per the contractual term and condition which we soon be concluded and same would be send to the person who has not paid the amount. You can consult the lawyer for the same.
    4) We can file a Summary Suit under Order 37, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 in tribunal court of law, Surat and the procedure will be there after.

    I dont want to behave like immature persons. We are proceeding as per our legal guidance in the court of law. I personal dont care for what you are writing online because when the proof will be asked in black and white, we have all the email communication, Your call verification before the work was issued about explaining T&C of contract and accepted Digital online agreement, Valid under IT Acts.

    Crosoft ye koi company nahi hai ..ye ek madharjaat logo ka group hai ..sabhi bhaiyo se nivedan hai iski gand marne m koi kami nahi kre ... aur jo bhi ladki call centere s call kre uski maa chod do ...sali sab k sab randi hai ..

    i girl call me and she said you will join us she give me offer of Rs.90 per sheet . I accepted after accepted i check review about this company. They call me again & again and said file a case against me. and demand Rs.6150. On first Day after acceptance i declined for work.

    Crosoft Technology एक फ्रॉड कंपनी है जो कि लोगों को अपने जाल में फंसाकर उनसे पैसे ऐठने का काम करती है कंपनी द्वारा दिया गया काम पूराने करने पर बाद में बोल दिया जाता है कि तुम्हारा काम सही नही है और फिर यह कंपनी लोगों को मानसिक रूप से फोन कॉल के माध्यम से डराती, धमकाती है कहती है कि हम तुम पर 420 का केस कर देगें और बार-बार 7500/- और इससे ज्यादा रूपयों की भी मांग करती है। दोस्तों यह कंपनी पूरी तरह फैक है इस कंपनी को कोई रूपये मत देना।
