Misbehavior of shop owner and staff

Respected sir/madam I would like to draw your attention towards my recent experience with the above mentioned shop and his owner ,I went there to purchse Goddess idol as the shop is dealing in antique kind material statues and they were selling it according to weight 950₹ per kgs ,few days back I already purchased 3-4 idols from their shop, I requested them to exchange the small size idol with the bigger one I will pay the difference amount but they denied i again requested but this time they not only refused my request but started shouting on me ,the Shop owner who was around 45 in age he and his staff told me to get lost from their shop it's their choice they also said go and make our complain we don't mind ,one of the male staff even gave pose for a photo after removing his mask for his complaint, then his father who was an old man came towards me for a second I thought he came forward to settle the issue and to scold them for their inappropriate behaviour I was complete shock when he also support them and said leave our premises right now ,their behaviour was full of arrogance .being a woman from a decent family I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from any person or a shopkeeper whether it's small or bigger one, a rich or poor ,I felt soo humiliated and insulted and quite disturbed from the incident, no body has right and authority to insult other seems they have no morality ..I hope soon the appropriate action will be taken on my complaint In order to provide mental peace.. Thanks in anticipation
