branches of trees from the next neighbor

I am a resident of Barasat, Hridaypur north 24 pags under jurisdiction of Barasat Municipality. My home address is Near Saha Steel, furniture, Hridaypur, ward no. 8. Some branches of trees from the next neighbor are continuously damaging my house and premises since long years. They are not taking any interest to cut the particular enlarged branches. Serious injurious, fatalities and major property damage can occur when branches come crashing down during thunderstorm. It is also recurring expenditure to clean the falling leaf. It is requested to direct Chairman Barasat Municipality to take necessary action immediately.
