Complaint asgainst Reliance JioNet WiFi Not working

I am in the metro platform of ‘Dum Dum’ and I tried to connect with jionet with my windows phone and I also tried to connect with my friend’s Android phone but I west my thime over it for half an houre but I could not connect with it. Then I found a local open wifi and I connect with it easily but it’s signal strength is poor where jionet connection is very strong but I can not connect it. There is no miming to provide public witfi which can not be accessable by most of the common devices and most of the men where just 9 men can connect to this wifi hotspot then.
