Dear Shopperstop Customer Care,

I am writing this email to follow up on my refund request for the product [Order ID: 317343267 ] which was placed on 16th Jan 2023 & returned was made on 20th Jan 2023 as I received the product on 19th Jan 2023. I had previously contacted your customer care team regarding the refund of the product, which was not up to my expectations. Despite multiple requests, I have not received any response or resolution from your end, which has left me quite disappointed. PFA multiple complaints I have raised from past 7days for the same.

I would like to remind you that I have returned the product within the stipulated time frame, and I have received the confirmation over a call from your team(Tamay & Om Prakash) as well. However, I have not yet received the refund amount for the same.

I would request you to please look into this matter urgently and provide me with a status update on my refund request. If there are any further details required from my end, please let me know, and I would be happy to provide them.

I hope to hear back from you soon and have this matter resolved at the earliest.
