NON- DELIVERY OF MY ORDER BY INSARAF FURNITURE PLACED ONLINE ON 19.11.2021

I PLACED A PREPAID ORDER FOR SOFA SET AND COFFEE TABLE ON 19.11.2021 WITH INSARAF.COM. ORDER NUMBER- INSF450852133. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 1.5 MONTHS SINCE THE DATE OF PLACING THE ORDER, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COFFEE TABLE TILL DATE (SOFA SET WAS DELIVERED IN DECEMBER AFTER MAKING CONTINUOUS CALLS) . WHENEVER I TRIED CALLING THE INSARAF TEAM REGARDING THE SAME, THEY KEPT ON ASSURING THAT THE ORDER WILL BE OUT FOR DELIVERY IN A WEEK'S TIME. I EVEN ASKED FOR THE REFUND IF THE DELIVERY IS NOT POSSIBLE/DELAYED. BUT EVEN REFUND WAS ALSO NOT INITIATED. NOW I FEEL TOTALLY CHEATED AND MENTALLY HARASSED FOR CHOOSING INSARAF.COM FOR ORDERING THE FURNITURE. NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER BEFORE. I WISH TO FILE THE COMPLAINT AGAINST INSARAF.COM REGARDING THIS WITH MINIMUM CLAIM MENTIONED BELOW.
