I have purchased product worth Rs.900 from the Shop Baby N Beauty. Since the product was not suitable same was returned. Shopkeeper accepted returned but money not refunded instead credit note was given. Now, when i got to purchase product against the credit note, they are saying you have to use the amount in entirety and no partial purchase allowed. This is how they harass consumers by making their own rules.
