Paytm cancelled my order of Vimal track pents after using my money for approx 15 days

I ordered a pair of Vimal grey and blue track pents on date 31/03/2017 on Paytm. Advance payment of INR 458/- was done on same day with the order. Paytm suggested 6th to 9th April the date of delivery. Now my perchase was not delivered till 12th April and suddenly my order was cancelled on 12th April by Paytm. They used my money for approx 15 days and then Paytm told me that they have refunded Rs 458/- in my bank account which I didn't received in my account till 23rd April.
Now my money is absent from my bank account for 24 days now on. This is on Paytm account. Paytm used my money without any service in return, they didn't make any componsation to me. They didn't deliver my perchase for which I am too much upset. I have written them again and again to make componsation on their customer care mail Id but they didn't entertain.
