Send ebay india damage product & not replacing it

I received philips SPA 30 wired laptop/Desktop speaker, item number 111740862285 with invoice no. EB/LOCAL/APR17/027, & ORDER no. 45086878401 dated 10.04.2017 on 11.04.2017 night around 11 pm & checked this on next day 12.04.2017 at 8 pm and found that this is not working.
Kindly replace this with working one.
This is the complaint which I did with ebay india which he denied as product is under manufacturer warranty so I should visit service center to solve this problem, but my view is that I received damage product then why should I visit service center, if product stop working at my place after few days then its my duty to visit service center, but ebay send me non working product then why should I visit service center.
Kindly help me as I want replacement or service engineer to be arrange by ebay at my home to solve the problem.
