Not refunding my money

I'm Brij mohini. I've ordered 5 leather bags for rs. 999 from naaptol. They were not same as shown on screen. I returned them. Naaptol's management told me to give them my bank account details. I've doing it since last 1 month, but they are not giving my money back.My order number is 63632253. Instead they are making me feel helpless and not listening to me properly.
