I've ordered a dress and when i got that dress , it was not worth it. I asked for return and they said that they have only exchange policy , then i ordered for another dress for exchange of it. They asked to courier the previous dress and then send them the pictures of the receipt and only then they'll send the new dress and i followed the same procedure. But in exchange i did not got any of the dress and whenever i ask them then they say that it is dispatched and sometimes it is in transit and its been now 10 months and i've not got my dress back and its cost was Rs 2195/- . I want you to take action against it . I've got all the evidences regarding it. They are not even replying to messages and calls.
