hi sir
i ordered online flipkart smartbuy curtain order id OD113637417487772000 via online and made payment via phonepe app Rs.1437.00 on 14 oct. 2018 and no ordered was received till 29 oct.2018 and i cancelled the order on 29 oct 2018 in evening and applied for refund of money which was already paid to flipkart. I received a message and email from flipkart that your refund is processed and it will be credited into your bank on 31 oct.2018.but no refund is received till today 9 nov.18.
i personally called so many times on flipkart customer care regarding refund. they always given me 2-3 days more to wait. i called more then 10-15 time on everyday for knowking status of refund but always harrassed me mentally day to day.
i so many times emailed the filpkart email id but no positive response from them.there after i called phonepe customer care they have no solution for my problem.they said contact the flipkart and flipkart said contact the phonepe from last 15 days.Tell me sir where i go for my refund of money.another order id OD113671478199348000 of voltas engineered wood tv entertainment unit was damaged received and i returned the same and they deduct my money via emi from my bank account from cancelled account loan id CS829140005744 by bajaj finserve via emi card used for this order. they deduct Rs.1625.00 from my bank account for cancelled order.No emi is refunded to my bank till day also.
total refund is 1437.00+4699=6136
please do for needful.i have all screenshot of orders and emails and also recording of cutomer care calls.
