New Patidar Footwear - Poor safety shoe quality

I have purchased Safety shoe of Paragon on dated 01.09.2017 from New Patidar Footwear on be-hope of any manufacturing defect they will replace or refund.
I have wear that shoe only a week and i found the manufacturing defect i.e. tear out upper lather. I have contact to shop owner and show them problem, he told me i will talk to dealer. After a week i meet the shop owner and his told me dealer never accept the manufacturing defect, no any issue please wear continue and not give the replacement or refund.
Safety shoe is related to health safety. Quality of the product is most important & risk assessment is too high.
please do the need full.
