My Account has locked by Amazon, i have been sending information mail to unlock my account as suggested by Amaozon customer care executive 4 time but still not response from Amazon,

I am struggling since 3 week,
Please help me i have balance 3300 rs. in my amazon account and unable to use this for ordering.
