Hi,

On 17 dec 2016, from Big Bazar Experia mall,Dombivali, Thane 421204, I had purchased some grocery.

I purchased Chefs Basket cheesy Alfredo pasta kit mrp 99/-. On 24 Dec 2016, I was about to prepare it for breakfast n found insects inside the pasta packet. Find attached evidence photos for your reference. I have video clips of the moving insects inside the pasta packet and I can share it if required.

Please help me to justify this.

I have below serious questions for the manufacturing company:

How irresponsible your quality check they have for food?

I want highest escalation on this n need proper justification hence I have approached to this forum.
