I Ordered M size product and They have sent S and XXL size and now they are denying to give refund

I ordered 2 product from Lopore.com for the clothe with the size of M and on his packing, I received both products with the different size, one with S size and another with XXL size, I am contacting his customer support via email for this matter to give a refund of my money, but they are denying me to give a refund.
