I have buy intex IT-PB11K 11000mAh power bank on 31 Oct.,2016 and it is deliver on 6 Nov. 2016 and i check this product this is working properly or not but product has charging problem so i replace it on 12 Nov. 2016 and on 13 Nov 2016 in snapdeal app shoewn your replacement request has been closed so i will given a complain (complain no.35868201)for this problem and he tell me your problem we reslove and u will get your refund in 24 hours but after 24 hours i will not get my refund so i try to contact snapdeal but it shown "NO ORDER LOOKING ON THIS NUMBER" and i can't contact him. But snapdeal replace item and new power bank delivered on 18 Nov 2016 when i get my item i was open the box and check the product but the product is looking so old and it cable looking like before it use and i try to start it but it not start so i going in apps to replace it but it is shown reqeust has been closed so i can't replace so i try to contact to customer care of snapdeal but it shown "NO ORDER LOOKING ON THIS NUMBER" so i can't cotenct him. And i have given mail to snapdeal but reposed should be not given me please replace good item or andhor give my refund from snapdeal.
