Respected sir.,

This is to your notification that I am fresh user of freecharge account &my ID is ajgaonkarrahul@yahoo.com. As a new user I used PROMO CODE NEW 75 for recharge of IDEA 3G prepaid of Rupees 449 on date 05.05.2016 via Order ID is FCVM160505376723977. Freecharge Promo code mention that 75% cash back for first time transaction of Rs 50 or more, that means My cash back should be Rs.336 instead of received cash back of Rs 50.Please clarify at the earliest. I have received a reply from their customercare services having shown T&C rule of Min Transaction of Rs 50& max cash back of Rs. 50. Free charge are denying the claim showing T&C rule of Min Transaction of Rs 50& max cash back of Rs. 50. If it is so then it should display in bold in vicinity of promo code & not on fugitive page. Free charge is cheating the customer using such fake advertisement.
