I HAD BOUGHT A I PHONE MODEL NO 5S FROM PAYTM THROUGH ONLINE. I RECEIVED THE CELL PHONE WITH INVOICE. BUT THE INVOICE THAT I HAD RECEIVED DOESNOT IMEI NUMBER ON IT.
After some days my i phone is damaged. So i went to the service center. The refuse to repair my phone, because IMEI number is not mentioned on invoice.
So request to PAYTM to provide me a duplicate copy of invoice with IMEI number. They promise me that my query is solved with in 72 hrs. But that not solved.
Than i call paytm and request again.
In this time they give 48 hrs time. But my issue was not resolved.
After that i call repeatedly and same they give 24 hrs time.
After 24 hrs my query not resolve.

I am very disappointed from paytm.
i have many problem and money waste.
