I had purchased a Blue Star 1.5 Ton Inverter Split Air Conditioner unit from online e-commerce company-Snapdeal on 06th March 2017 with one year warranty and 30 days refund/replacement policy. Order ref: 18511323480. The day the air-conditioner was installed it was not working and Blue star technician informed me about the problem. So I called Snapdeal customer care representative and raised a complaint for defective unit and asked for replacement. Until now there is no positive response from them either refund or replacement. Already spoke with supervisors several times and sent a complaint letter by registered post, but still nothing happened.
