Hi Team,

I am Sourabh Ail from Mumbai. I order medicines online from Medlife app. These days they have started to harrass me. I have told them multiple times to stop the promotion call. All they do is giving scripted response as - This will be forwarded and we request your patience.
Everyday, I am getting 3 to 5 calls regarding promotional offers available for medicine in Medlife. I have told them that I don't buy medicines as per their offer period. I buy medicines only when it is required.
I'm fed of them. There is no option to delete my account as well. I have told them multiple times to delete my account in Medlife. Still no action. All they give is scripted response. And they still call me. I am getting disturbed by their calls. Please help me. I will never buy medicines from them. Please help me in deleting my account. I will claim an amount for harrassing me. So that they will take their customers request seriously. Because I have seen in other online portals, where customers have complained about so many offer calls even after requesting them to stop. They are not at all listening to the customers.
