Selling refurbished iPhone claiming as new from brand

I bought apple iphone 7 128 gb from cellbuddy malad mobile store on 2nd march 2021 and as i got to know is the iphone 7 is out of warranty and i hope its refurbished as its looking new but imei is not printed at backpanel as other iphone models. The box also seems to be fake because the apple iphone box has the details of importing and manufacturing but its not printed on the box as well. Cellbuddy also claim that its new and we get 12 months brand warranty but they also stop us to visit apple care they says if any thing happend to your iphone plz give it to us we will get it repaired from our engineer. I had verified the imei number from apple and the technical support is expired means its out of warranty. Cellbuddy is looting customers hardearned money in the brand name of APPLE, i request you to make my money refund as its refurbished and i had paid for new.
