In recent week i gifted my friend a gift voucher of fbb and he went to fbb nucleus mall. After purchase he handed them the voucher and they checked it and said that it is invalid and they insulted him and family infront of other customers. They treated them like fraud. The next day he handed me the voucher and i went to the place where the voucher is bought at palarivattom after talking with the sm he interacted with customer care and told me that it is the fault of the fbb at nucleus mall the voucher is already redeemed there . So i talked again with the sm and i demanded a refund. They agreed me to give refund nxt day. When i went there nxt day again they waited me there about 3 hour. First they told me they will give another voucher so i can purchase from fbb but i refused that and demanded the refund And finally they gived refund but after several hours of waiting.The problem was simple a technical error but the employee of fbb nucleus mall was so arrogant and rude.Their behaviour to customers is very bad.
