Won't honor my Warranty

I bought a drone from trndlabs and one of the rotors stopped working in less then a month. I never crashed it are harmed it in anyway.i contacted the company to get a replacement and all im getting is ignored. This should be covered under my warranty and I would like this issue resolved. They're is noway this is my fault after only 5 fight times.
