I got connection of skynet broadband but he provide me maximum used components

I got connection of skynet broadband when I joined with skynet he says 10mbps speed but maximum 5mbps speed working, all components of wifi like power adaptor, dish, is used material provided,
When i asked why used material install than he says company provide this type material,
My power addeptor is sort with in 2month skynet parson saying paid 300/- extra for new addeptor
When 5-7 days still my broadband is not working
