Dear Sir,
Two months back we have registered washing machine repair service with Urban Clap company. They had sent one mechanic named Ravinder Goud, mobile no.9000163523. He came and inspected the washing machine and took over one important part and cash of Rs.1500/- towrds advance saying that it will get it repaired from their office. If not possible he will get a new part. Later two months passed till today he did not turned up. Neither he bought back the part nor he is responding to our calls.
