Misleading Refund Process

Hi Team

I am unable to use use the credit shell to reschedule my flight ticket. The ticket was on 2nd April which was cancelled due to covid 19.

I spoke to Indigo and they informed me that I need to speak with Paytm. Hence upon raising a ticket at Paytm App they claim that they processed a refund for the credit shell. This is absolutely false as there is no refund raised and it’s already a month and there is no refund generated.

As a helpless customer THIS THE SECOND COMPLAINT RAISED AND STILL NO RESOLUTION.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK- I really really need the REFUND and not credit shell.. I want my REFUND.


I hope the consumer forum will provide me a resolution and help me with my refund.
