on 18 september, 2018, i emailed me birth certificate (which was in Marathi) to max language translations so that I can get a copy translated to english. i was told that maximum in 2 days time, I will get softcopy as well as a hard copy will be couriered. this all would be done for a fee of Rs 1,500 plus applicable taxes. so, i paid the same day using my wife's credit card. after that payment, they took 4 days (instead of the promised 2 days) to even send me a soft copy. and after that they have not even bothered to courier the hard copy of the translated birth certificate. I have to keep writing numerous emails to them but they rarely respond. and their responses are not satisfactory enough to give me the confidence that they are really serious about giving services now that they have already received advance payment from me. What should I do?
