Regarding my certificates

Hope you are doing good!
I am KRISHANIE from Kancheepuram. I have completed my Bachelors of Engineering course from Arulmigu Meenakshiamman College of Engineering (5103) - ECE dept (2012 to 2016 Batch Student) Reg Num: 510312106019.
Sir, Iam a very average student and I had two arrears M2 and M3 even after passed out. I paid and did arrear examination and didn’t clear it for many attempts and finally I paid fees in April/May Special Examination Which was conducted in Feb/Mar 2021 & Successfully cleared my arrears.
My problem is I didn’t receive my 7th sem ,8th Sem , arrear mark sheets, consolidated mark sheets and Degree certificate. All my friends who wrote with me in special case arrears were received everything. I did all possible things which I can do from my end yet I haven’t received any Concern response from COE and also from college.
After n number of visits to college they directed me to COE so , I had visited COE wrote letter attached with my results proof and gave it in thabal later called n number of times to know status of my request but no proper response or they don’t even pick up the call then finally one day they took my cal and said need letter from my college. Then again I visited to college and gave letter in office and after a month I was calling COE and saying that they didn’t receive letter from college . Terrible thing is still my college don’t come up to help their students it’s been a month and college didn’t send my letter to coe and I called many times to college to know wether my letter was sent to Coe or not no one is responding . And this process goes on and it’s been a year I didn’t get any proper response from any side and I’m left helpless to whom to reach. Roaming many times to COE and to college and getting same some lethogic replies or lame reason from both side .
Sir please at-lest you understand my problem and help me in this regard . My certificates are more important to me and I really don’t know what went wrong that my certificates are getting delay. They are not saying the reason also Because of this my career was strucked .
Please I beg you please help me to get some solution at the earliest. Thank you in advance.
