I have not received my courier which is sent on 09/07/2021 from Madathukulam to Sathankulam.I was spoken with Tuticorin branch manager Mr.Chandra sekar and Satankulam branch person Mr.Arul doss but still they are bouncing back the courier between udankudi and satankulam branch and the way they are talking is very worst and and vulgar.Im following up with them for more than 10 times per day but still they are not rectified it.I'm completely vex because of the vulgar words of people working in ST courier service.
