Dear Team,

we have used AGL quartz stone in our kitchen and other areas at our house located at 403, tower 3, Uniworld gardens 1, sector 47, Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
It was installed by :
M/S Ronal Marbles
2270/6/2, Sheetla Mata Mandir Rd,
Rajiv Nagar, Sector 13, Gurugram, Haryana 122001
Owner : Mr. Sitaram , mob 098734 49901

I have raised my concern with the above service provider but these people are highly unprofessional and not responding to my worries about defects ( there are visible scratch marks on the surface and it does not comply to actual quality of product, also it was installed poorly and water leaking from Kitchen sink area.)

would request for your intervention to resolve the issue .
