SUKAM FALCON ECO 1000 H UPS from your shop (Bhajan Batteries) Gurgaon by Bill no.: 1884

I have purchase SUKAM FALCON ECO 1000 H UPS from your shop (Bhajan Batteries, sohna chock, gurgaon) by Bill no.: 1884 dated 24.10.17 which is having 2 years of warranty.
But from last week i.e. 06.06.19 it will giving problems and I informed to you for this on telephone and your person also visit for the same but can’t solve the problem and ask me to contact to Sukam customer care or dealer.
When I call the customer care no body responding’ and via internet and another dealer I comer to know that co. is not working and wind up and the customer care is doing work with some 3rd party and I request you to note my complaint on telephone they said the complaint is noted but no SMS is coming and no reply after that.
When I contact them they reply they don’t give any complaint no and wait for another 2 days.
I tried to contact at your part and after 5-6 days I found no positive response at your end too.
.As i took inverter UPS form you, who promised that we are only 1 call away from any problem with your inverter.
It is also said that after any complaint we will with your and we are the authorized distributor However, picture is far different from this when my problem comes in UPS you said I am only dealer and distributor is someone else. Which is clearly a cheating case.
we are facing mentally harassment and no contact details share who is coming to solve the issue and who is the authorized distributor.
Please help in regard.
