We had ordered at 13:03 Chole bhature and Chinese platter. we got chole bhature on time but Chinese platter was received at 13:50, inspite of asking about the order too many times the lady said 5-10 and later at 1:30 when 4th time we went to ask the lady(Ruchita Pal) thn she asked the kitchen person if the Chinese platter is ready to which he looked surprised. And we got to know that the order was never placed in the kitchen. We complained to the cashier (Himanshu)
